Leon Guarding & FM Ltd is looking for reliable, professional, and hardworking cleaners to join our facilities management team in Norwich

The role will involve general cleaning duties across on a commercial site. Work will be offered on an ad hoc basis depending on client requirements and site availability. Applicants should be flexible and willing to work day or night shifts where required.

Carrying out general cleaning duties to a high standard

Cleaning offices, communal areas, washrooms, kitchens, and other designated areas

Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces

Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately

Replenishing cleaning supplies where required

Following site-specific cleaning schedules and health and safety procedures

Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, or concerns promptly

Maintaining a professional and respectful attitude while on site

Must be eligible to work in the UK. Right-to-work documentation will be required

Previous cleaning experience is preferred

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Must have good verbal communication skills

Must be flexible with working hours, including day and night shifts where required
