Cleaner

Join our friendly Estates team and play a key role in keeping our Barnsley campuses welcoming, safe and spotless. As a valued Cleaner, you'll help maintain the high standards that make Barnsley College a great place to learn and work. Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out a wide range of cleaning duties
• Using cleaning equipment and materials confidently and safely
• Restocking supplies and managing waste responsibly
• Reporting safety or maintenance concerns promptly
• Working both independently and alongside the wider Estates team

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
• Confidence in handling cleaning equipment and following Health & Safety procedures
• The ability to follow schedules and complete a variety of cleaning tasks
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• Level 1 numeracy and literacy, or a strong willingness to achieve this qualification
• Minimum of 1 year's cleaning experience in an educational or professional setting
