Cleaner

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering daily cleaning tasks to a high standard, ensuring full compliance with hygiene requirements and health and safety regulations at all times.,

• Strictly adhere to the company's Health & Safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
• Follow all personal hygiene protocols, maintaining the highest standards to prevent contamination and uphold food safety regulations.
• Ensure all designated areas are cleaned to the highest standard, maintaining a hygienic and organised workspace.
• Implement and maintain a flexible daily cleaning schedule, adjusting based on operational needs.
• Regularly inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, ensuring all tools are properly stored, in good condition, and used correctly.
• Conduct routine checks on cleaning equipment and promptly report any deficiencies, malfunctions, or supply shortages to the Operations Manager.
• Identify and communicate any potential cleaning or hygiene-related challenges to the Operations Manager to prevent disruptions.
• Ensure cleaning quality meets company standards through internal and external audit assessments, taking corrective action where necessary.
  
  Work collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills to maintain a productive and supportive work environment.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, ensuring efficiency and safety while handling materials, equipment, or manual labour as required.
• Maintain reliability and consistency by arriving on time, meeting deadlines, and fulfilling work commitments.
• Stay focused and perform effectively under pressure, adapting to fast-paced environments and handling challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic by showing dedication, perseverance, and a willingness to go the extra mile to complete tasks to a high standard.
