Full Job Description
- To ensure all areas of the club are always clean, hygienic, and well-presented
- Perform daily cleaning duties throughout the club, including gym areas, studios, changing rooms, poolside, reception, toilets, and communal spaces
- Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Empty waste receptacles and manage recycling
- Carry out regular deep cleans by cleaning schedules and health & safety standards
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly
- Work independently and as part of a team to maintain cleanliness throughout all operating hours

- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to use digital learning to be upskilled in use of cleaning products
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
