Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw Campus to join our Facilities Department as a Cleaner on a permanent, part-time (15 hours per week, 06:00 - 09:00) basis.
The Manchester College is based at many sites across the city, each with its own specialist cutting edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest FE College in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our team. You will ensure a high standard of cleanliness across classrooms, offices, and communal areas. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently are key., To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold or work towards British Institute of Cleaning Sciences (BICs) or similar
- Manual Handling training
- Risk assessment training
- COSHH training
