We provide a nurturing environment where everyone is encouraged to do their very best- "believe, achieve, succeed"- which includes staff as well as the children. We have children who want to learn, are happy, considerate, well behaved and welcoming. Our parent body is supportive and engaged with the school. This was recognised in our very recent Ofsted report.

We provide regular leadership time to enable extra responsibilities to be carried out. Staff well being is high on our priority- with an open door policy where staff are listened to by the SLT. We have a comprehensive Employee assistance programme available to all staff. Within the next 2 years we will have a brand new school which will be environmentally friendly as well as offering us the best possible learning environment that we can offer our young people, while retaining our fantastic grounds and the ethos of our school.
