Class Teacher

As a Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, challenging lessons that engage and motivate primary students across KS1 and KS2. You will work to ensure that every child receives an ambitious education, regardless of their starting point, background, or need.,

• Teaching & Learning: Plan and teach well-organised lessons informed by up-to-date pedagogical and subject knowledge.
• Emotional Development: Develop the emotional skills of children to ensure they are able to receive the best teaching and learning in the classroom.
• Inclusion: Use a range of strategies and eLearning tools to meet diverse learner needs and promote sustained progress.
• Environment: Establish a purposeful and safe learning environment that complies with safeguarding policies.
• Collaboration: Work as a dedicated team member, sharing effective practices and contributing to the overall ethos of the school.
