Full Job Description
The Governors of Red Marsh School are seeking to appoint a talented and inspiring teacher to join our team from September 2026. We require a dynamic and highly motivated classroom practitioner to join our dedicated team. The age group will reflect the candidates abilities and needs of the school. The successful applicant will be allocated a class at one of the campuses; however, they must be prepared to work across both sites when necessary.
The successful candidate will:
+ Be passionate about teaching and learning,
+ Have high expectations of learning and behaviour,
+ Be able to use effective strategies to enhance the learning and development of pupils with SEND,
+ Be an outstanding classroom practitioner,
+ Wish to join an outstanding team as we continually strive to move forward to enhance the education and care of our pupils and SEND pupils in other settings,
+ Be based in a class or classes, which reflect their strength.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and we expect all staff to share this commitment. The successful candidate will share the schools values and purposes.
