Full Job Description
Standards of attainment and behaviour at our school are good, and we are looking for a capable, enthusiastic teacher with an open mind and a can-do attitude who can join our supportive team and help to make our Mission Slogan even more of a reality for the children at St Gregorys. This post is for 2 days per week in the first instance, until the end of the academic year 2026/27, based in Y1. Ideally the days to be worked would be Thursday and Friday each week. As a Catholic school, our Mission Slogan - Loving all, like Jesus, we flourish together - underpins all we do. We currently have 210 children on roll who come to school happy, enthusiastic and motivated to learn, supported well by parents and the parish. We have high expectations of all pupils and are ambitious about what they can achieve. Staff well-being is a strength of our school. Our latest Ofsted Inspection gives a fair representation of what life is like at St Gregorys, a copy of which can be found here:
