Full Job Description
We are looking to appoint a teacher to complement our staff, who have a drive and commitment to raise standards, as well as a love of teaching and desire to make a difference. We wish to appoint an outstanding, or potentially outstanding teacher., + Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching at primary level.
+ Degree/PGCE or equivalent qualifications.

+ Other educational/ professional qualifications
Essential Experience
+ Track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
+ An excellent understanding of, and experience in using assessment to close gaps in learning.
+ Excellent people skills- motivating, nurturing and challenging children to achieve their best.
Desirable Experience
+ Experience of successful subject leadership
+ Experience in working with partners/multi-agency approaches.
+ To use a 'trauma-informed' approach as part of your embedded practice.
