- Set high expectations to inspire, motivate, and challenge all pupils.
- Promote good progress and positive learning outcomes for all students.
- Deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Adapt teaching strategies to respond to individual strengths and areas for development.
- Demonstrate strong subject and curriculum knowledge, ensuring high-quality instruction.
- Use assessment effectively to track pupil progress and inform future learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and safe learning environment.
- Contribute to the wider professional responsibilities within the academy. You will also work closely with colleagues-including the Reading Lead-to maintain and enhance the quality of teaching and learning, and contribute to the holistic well-being and development of pupils, always ensuring their welfare and safeguarding.
