  • Adapt teaching strategies to respond to individual strengths and areas for development.
  • Demonstrate strong subject and curriculum knowledge, ensuring high-quality instruction.
  • Use assessment effectively to track pupil progress and inform future learning.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Contribute to the wider professional responsibilities within the academy.
  • You will also work closely with colleagues-including the Reading Lead-to maintain and enhance the quality of teaching and learning, and contribute to the holistic well-being and development of pupils, always ensuring their welfare and safeguarding.
