Class Teacher

Inspire early learning, curiosity and confidence from the very start. We are looking for a committed Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join Grove Primary School, someone who brings energy, strong classroom practice and a clear belief in every child's potential. This role centres on delivering high-quality teaching that supports strong progress, adapts to individual needs and builds a positive, well-managed learning environment. Working as part of a collaborative team within the Active Learning Trust, the successful teacher will contribute to the wider life of the school, share best practice and help create a culture where both pupils and staff can thrive. Suitable for an Early Career Teacher, with strong support, development and collaboration to build confidence and expertise from the outset.

• Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned to the curriculum, setting high expectations for all pupils
• Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute to the wider life, ethos and development of the school and Trust
