The Headteacher and Governing Body of Pengeulan Primary School are looking to appoint a class teacher with a passion for teaching. The post will be in year two and three classes.
Pengeulan Primary is situated in Mountain Ash and is a welcoming and inclusive school where pupils and families feel respected and valued.
We are seeking to appoint a teacher who:
- is an excellent classroom practitioner who continually strives for excellence in teaching and learning
- has very high expectations of themselves and of children to ensure all pupils make excellent progress
- is relationship centered with pupils and families and have excellent positive behaviour management skills
- creates a stimulating learning environment in line with the new curriculum requirements
- is a team player and can work productively with colleagues
- has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- use innovative materials and resources such as ICT to enhance pupil learning
- will contribute to the wider life of the school
