Class 2 Driver

Turnbull & Company is a family-owned builders' merchant with long-standing roots across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. We're looking for a reliable Class 2 Driver to work across our trading branch in Brigg and play a key role in serving our trade customers and supporting daily branch operations. This is a hands-on, practical role supporting our Brigg branch focused on getting things right for customers. What you'll be doing

• Making local deliveries of Building materials in our HIAB Crabe Lorries.
• Loading and unloading our fleet of delivery vehicles ensuring that all products are safely loaded, secured and are correct against the customers' orders.
• Ensuring delivery is safe to make and respecting customer's property.
• Checking goods off with Customers and obtaining signatures for delivery.
• Providing first class customer service.
  
  You don't need previous builders' merchant experience - we're happy to train the right person.
What matters most is:
• A 7.5t Van Driver and Relief Class 2 crane Driver
• Driver CPC
• A positive attitude and willingness to work
• Being reliable, practical, and safety-conscious
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Comfortable dealing with customers in a polite, professional way
• Forklift experience is desirable but not essential (training available).
