At GXO Logistics, we're looking for professional and customer-focused HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team in Wellingborough, delivering to Costa Coffee stores across the UK. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering an excellent pay, a structured shift pattern, regular overtime opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be contracted to work an average of 48 hours per week over a 17-week reference period on the shift pattern of 5 on 3 off with the start time window of 16:00 - 20:00. Regular overtime opportunities are available across all shifts and days (weekdays, weekends, and Bank Holidays) that increase your average holiday pay rate.

What You Will Do on a Typical Day

• Deliver chilled, frozen, and ambient goods to Costa Coffee stores, approximately 10 to 15 deliveries per shift


• Operate company vehicles safely, legally, and professionally


• Complete all delivery and compliance documentation accurately and on time


• Adhere to Driver Hours, Working Time, Tachograph, and Road Traffic regulations


• Build positive relationships with customers at delivery locations

What You Need to Succeed at GXO

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement


• Valid Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph cards


• Maximum of 6 penalty points


• No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsements within the last 5 years


• Previous Class 2 driving experience is desirable although newly qualified drivers will be considered
