Overview
Class 2 Refuse Driver Required - Mochdre - Ongoing Work Available Hexagon Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Mochdre for the position of Class 2 Refuse Driver. Our client operates a busy waste and recycling service and is looking for an experienced and reliable Class 2 Driver to join their team on an ongoing basis. Pay Rate: £13.90 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Please note that this role will include working Bank Holidays (Overtime Rates will apply). Location: Mochdre
The Role
Working as part of a refuse collection team, you will be responsible for driving Class 2 refuse collection vehicles and assisting with the collection of household waste, recycling, and food waste throughout the Conwy area.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous experience driving refuse vehicles or working within waste management is preferred
- A reliable and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and all weather conditions
