Introduction
SWIFT Temps Ltd Driving Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join our client's team based in Morley.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Class 1 driver looking for ongoing work, with the potential to become temp-to-perm for the right candidate.
The Role
- Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 18:00pm
- Class 1 HGV driving
- Collections only
- Approximately 6-8 bulk collections per day
- Ensuring all collections are completed safely and efficiently
- Completing all required paperwork
- Maintaining a professional standard of service when dealing with customers
Pay & Benefits
- £19.08 per hour PAYE
- Holiday pay accrued
- £27.26 per hour overtime rate after 40 hours
- Ongoing work with potential for temp-to-permanent employment
- Support from the SWIFT Temps Driving Recruitment team
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Previous Class 1 driving experience
- Good knowledge of UK roads
- Reliable and professional approach
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Commitment to safe working practices
