Full Job Description
We're now looking for a Class 1 Day Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time. A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Duties will be on a wagon and draw vehicle - training provided
- Collection and delivery and collection of boxes at various home delivery sites across the south of England
- Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
- Regular completion of vehicle checks
- Manual handling of customer products
Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card - Must have 6 months recent Class 1 driving experience
- Wagon and drag experience would be an advantage but full training will be provided
