Claims Third Party Management, Delegated Claims Senior Oversight Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen oversight and governance of delegated claims arrangements (TPAs and Coverholders) to ensure fair, timely outcomes for customers. You will manage onboarding, due diligence, contract controls, and performance monitoring as part of a cross-functional team across Claims, Underwriting, Compliance and Finance. You will analyze performance data, identify trends and risks, and drive improvement actions to maintain controlled, compliant delegated claims processes. This is a hands-on, collaborative position in a regulatory-driven environment that values data-informed decision making and continuous improvement. Pay / Benefits

• Lead onboarding and due diligence for new third-party claims relationships Prepare and maintain DCA contracts, schedules, authority limits and service standards Oversee third-party performance using MI, audit findings, complaints, service levels and claims data Produce governance reporting with insights and recommended enhancements Coordinate risk-based audit scheduling and track audit recommendations Maintain DCA Register and related records across systems Support risk-based oversight and regulatory requirements for TPAs and Coverholders Support continuous improvement of delegated claims processes and governance Provide guidance on delegated claims processes, standards and oversight expectations Take on additional duties related to the role as needed Tasks Experience in delegated claims, claims operations, delegated authority oversight, or related insurance environment Understanding of delegated claims arrangements, TPAs, Coverholders, authority limits, service standards, audit activity, performance monitoring Ability to analyse performance data and translate findings into actionable insights Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Excellent written and verbal communication for governance reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and deadlines Progress towards CII qualifications is an advantage but not essential Key requirements competitive incentive compensation comprehensive benefits package medical plans for you and your family health and wellness programs retirement plans tuition reimbursement
