Claims Hire Monitoring Advisor

Working Hours/ Shift Patterns: You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00. No weekend work required., This role supports both Hastings Direct customers as well as other effected parties when an accident is not their fault. As a Hire Monitor Claims Handler, you will provide vehicle repair and car hire solutions to the non-fault party and provide and excellent customer experience that demonstrates Hastings Direct's market leading customer service.   Salary: The starting salary is £27,550 plus benefits. There will be opportunities for further salary progression to £28,800, which can be achieved in as little as 12-months with the right focus on personal development., Hybrid working (1 day per week in the office with the option to do more depending on your preference)
