Interacting with a variety of people including customers, insurers, suppliers and colleagues around the countryEnsuring the correct information gets to the right people, you'll be confident in your written and verbal correspondence and checking policy coverReviewing and setting up new claims, appointing contractors and updating claims on internal systemsPrioritising and reviewing diaries in a timely mannerIssuing payments to policyholders and suppliers for settlementsContributing to team, division and wider business growth and developmentYour day to day role will involve communicating with customers via various methods, Inbound and outbound calls, Emails, SMS and also via our automated claims journeyAlways making sure that we communicate with customers via their preferred method to ensure their claims is handled proactively and quickly #INDUKI
