claims handler

As a claims handler, you play an important part in supporting our professional indemnity insurer client and the wider team. Your main focus is to resolve claims efficiently and fairly, always reflecting our client's brand values. You will investigate claims, assess policy coverage, and decide on the best approach for resolution. Building strong relationships with policyholders, brokers, and lawyers is central to the role, as is keeping everyone updated throughout the process. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and managing your caseload proactively.

Previous claims handling or insurance experience is helpful but not essential, and knowledge of employment law is a plus. We're looking for someone who is analytical, methodical, keen to learn, and comfortable making decisions. A degree or insurance qualifications are preferred, along with strong interpersonal skills and ambition.
