Full Job Description
- You will support customers at a key moment, helping turn a stressful experience into a positive one
- For non-fault or partial-fault claims, you will identify opportunities to offer a third-party claims service, helping customers avoid claiming on their own insurance where appropriate
- It is a commercially driven environment where strong conversations and good judgement really matter
- You will be part of a supportive team that works together through busy peak periods and celebrates success
A calm, empathetic approach and a genuine passion for helping customers - Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide conversations clearly
