The Lanes Group is searching for a Civils Team Leader in Sheffield to manage a growing civils team and ensure high-quality work. You will oversee team activities and operational resources, while fostering a positive, coaching-focused environment.
Relevant experience in sewer repairs and excavations is required, alongside necessary certifications like CPCs and HSG47 training. The role offers a competitive salary up to £16.50 per hour with substantial benefits including holidays and pension
