Civil Litigation Solicitor

• Manage a portfolio of civil litigation matters, focusing on:
+ Advising clients in civil disputes with another party + Drafting letters before action + Drafting and filing different types of claims + Instructing barristers/advocates on behalf of clients involved in litigated matters
• Manage cases from commencement all the way through to conclusion.
• Advise clients on legal merits, potential outcomes, and next steps.

• Excellent organisational skills to manage a high volume caseload
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively
• Empathy and patience when dealing with questions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
