We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Council's Parking Services Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering frontline inspection and enforcement across off street parking operations, whilst maintaining a positive presence within the local community.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, using their own initiative and engaging with members of the public. Based across the Torridge district, this position offers a varied workload with no two days are the same, giving the opportunity to assist residents and visitors with enquiries.


This role will require working on a rota basis for weekends and bank holidays, which is paid as overtime, with occasional evening working during the busy summer periods.


A full, clean driving licence and a DBS check are required. Previous experience in parking, traffic management or enforcement is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.
