Civil 3D Technician

Our client is on the lookout for a skilled Senior Civil 3D Technician to contribute to their dynamic projects. This contract role focuses on the innovative design of roundabouts, highways, pavements, cycleways, and junctions, encapsulating the essence of sophisticated road network engineering. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design processes for highway components including roundabouts, junctions, and cycleways.
Utilise AutoCAD software to create detailed technical drawings and plans.
Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure design specifications are met.
Assess project requirements and provide technical advice on design and construction.
Prepare reports and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all designs. Job Requirements: Proven expertise in using AutoCAD and Civil 3D for complex infrastructure projects.
Thorough understanding of highway engineering principles and designs.
Strong ability to design various highway infrastructures such as cycleways and pavements.
Capability to handle project tasks independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining high design standards and accuracy. Contract Details: 3-month rolling contract with potential for extension.
Full-time hours, approximately 40 hours per week.
3 days per week in the client's office
