Chronic Wound Care Nurse

If you have vision, drive and enthusiasm for facilitating outstanding tissue viability care then there are excellent opportunities for you in Bedfordshire., You will be coordinating and managing the clinics, specifically aimed at people with chronic wounds and leg ulcers, delivering training to staff within the Trust, care home and social care colleagues, liaising with hospital specialist staff to ensure safe and timely referral. Working alongside the wider MDT as a member of the TVN team. You will have experience of managing a caseload and be able to deputise for the Band 7 TVN.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team as an experienced wound care nurse. The right candidate will be a good team player, with a strong desire to provide holistic tissue viability care to our patients, along with teaching skills and the ability to motivate staff on all levels
