Chiller Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: To assist the Regional Service Manager in developing positive customer relationships and offering service engineer supervision. Provide technical / job support for Service Engineers. Understanding and analysing technical documents, manuals, and schematics. Assist the Coordinators operational with engineers, arranging parts, tool calibrations, PAT testing. Complete technical quotations identified from engineers' reports, the client direct, or via MEUK internally. Engineer health and safety support including completing RAMS and DRA's. Assisting with delivery and management of engineers tools / vehicles / PPE. Offering customer interaction and support with engineering services offered by the service department.
