Full Job Description

We are looking for a fun, caring and reliable female Support Worker/Personal Assistant to support a 12-year-old girl with a complex medical history to access the local community and enjoy activities outside the home. The ideal person will be friendly, patient, flexible and confident, with a genuine interest in helping a young person have fun, build confidence and enjoy new experiences. The role includes:

  • Supporting her to access the local community and take part in enjoyable activities.
  • Providing safe and appropriate support as a wheelchair user.
  • Encouraging independence, confidence and social interaction.
  • Planning fun activities around her interests.
