Childrens Support Worker Waking Nights

Join our dedicated Support & Intervention Team in Warwickshire as a Qualified Social Worker specializing in Children's Services. We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to help us make a difference in the lives of children and families within our community. In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to provide support and intervention to children in need, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
• Developing and implementing tailored intervention plans to support children and their families.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and professionals to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Participating in multi-agency meetings and case reviews to ensure comprehensive support for children.
  
  A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working in children's services and a strong understanding of child protection issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
