Full Job Description
- Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People in line with Ofsted regulations
- Planning team rotas to supporting the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
- Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
- To carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager
- To supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
- Welcome a diverse culture in the home
- Creating a safe, family environment for the children New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people's records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
- You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
- Driving is essential due to locations of the homes
- You must have at least six months experience in Children's residential care and you must hold a relevant level 3 qualification

£2800 to £3600 sleep in payments (based on 8-10 sleep ins per month) - 224 hours of paid annual leave per annum, rising to 240 hours after 5 years
- The shifts consist of long hours and sleep ins (which are essential) and the hours differ depending on which home you are based in, Refer a friend payment scheme
- Enrolled on to a work place pension scheme after three months of employment
- Progression within the company
- Over time paid at x1.25
- Fully paid 10-day induction course
- Enhanced DBS, paid for by Cambian Group
