What You'll Do
As a Residential Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You'll Do It
Our home has an experienced and supportive management and senior team, with an established and experienced staff team. We have opportunities for development and promotion and a homely and nurturing environment to work in and both the management and staff teams are approachable.
Our home is a 3 bedded home, we are registered for LD and behavioural young people. We strive for positive outcomes for our young people and we have a nurturing home.The staff team are proud and supportive of all the young people who reside here.
The staff team are consistent and work together to ensure positive outcomes for the young people. Staff have good morals and respect for each other and the young people and consider others views. We are welcoming staff team and it is important that all staff members feel comfortable when working in the home.
