Children and Young People's Support Worker

As a Children and Young People's Support Worker, you will be part of our innovative 0-19 Children's Public Health Service, working alongside Health Visitors, School Nurses and a wide range of partner organisations. This rewarding role offers the chance to build trusted relationships with families, deliver health promotion interventions, support child development reviews, and help families access the services they need to thrive.
