Are you looking for a part time role, for waking nights (9pm-7am)? Would you love a rewarding role, supporting a child with complex health needs in his family home overnight? Come and join Active Care in the Home. We'd like you to join us as a Children's Support Worker to care for our young client in Preston. What you'll be doing: This role is to support a wonderful 14 year old boy with complex clinical health needs in his own home, where he lives with his family and dog. Our clients needs include cerebral palsy, non-verbal, PEG feed, seizures and respiratory issues. We will provide full specialist training and shadow shifts. This is a rewarding role where you can work with one child, enhancing his life every week. Shifts: Waking nights (9pm-7am) 2 nights a week available Plus additional shifts available to cover other team members sickness/annual leave We also have another package in Preston for morning/afternoon/evening shifts you can also work in if you are looking for more
hours. In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract.
