Join Active Assistance and become part of a rewarding new care team supporting our young client in Stockport. This is more than just a job - it's a chance to build a trusted connection with one individual and make a genuine difference in her life.
About the role: This role is to support a 15 year old girl who has complex needs due to a traumatic brain injury.
