Join Active Care in the Home, and become part of a rewarding new care team supporting our new young client in Charlton. This is more than just a job it's a chance to build a trusted connection with one child and make a genuine difference in their life. About the role: Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base. We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Charlton. This will involve supporting our young client in their family home overnight. When you will be working:

  • Waking night shifts
    • In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
