What You'll Be Doing As a Children's Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping young people feel safe, valued, and supported. You'll work alongside experienced care teams to provide consistent, high-quality care in residential settings. Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting children and young people with their daily routines
- Building positive, professional relationships based on trust and respect
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and life skills
- Supporting young people with emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs
- Assisting with activities, education, appointments, and community access
- Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding procedures
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes We Work With Services Supporting Young People With:

Previous experience working with children or young people in a care or support setting - A caring, resilient, and professional approach
