Are you looking for a part time role, for 2 evening shift a week (2pm-10pm) plus a weekend day?Would you love a rewarding role, supporting our young client with complex health needs in their family home?, Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base, and have a new children's care package in a village between Thatcham and Reading. Due to the rural location of the client's home, you will need to be a driver with a car.

- Part time - 2 evenings a week (2pm-10pm) plus a weekend day shift In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract. What to look forward to:
- Earn up to £15 per hour (depending on experience)
