About the role: Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base. We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our brand new young client in Alton. We have the following shifts:

• Weekday mornings (7am-10am)
• Weekday evenings (3pm-8pm)
• Weekends (8am-8pm)
• Sleeping nights (9pm-7am)
• Please note that the above hours are for term time. During the school holidays the hours change to day shifts (8am-8pm) and sleeping nights (7pm-8am).
  
  In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
