About the role: Active Care in the Home are expanding our client base. We're looking to recruit a brand-new team of Support Workers to care for our 10 year old client in Caernarfon, living with his family at home. Our client has complex health needs including tracheostomy, ventilator, gastrostomy, stoma. All shifts will be double ups (two support workers on shift together). We require candidates that hold a NVQ2 or NVQ3 in health and social care. When you will be working:

• Days and Waking nights available
• 12 hr shifts
• Part time or Full time available - 24 / 36 / 48 hrs a week
• We will provide care 24/7 - every day and every night, on a 2:1 basis
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
