Full Job Description
Manage a caseload of children subject to child protection plans, children in need and those who are looked after.
Undertake assessments and statutory visits in line with national and local safeguarding procedures.
Develop and implement robust care plans in partnership with children, families and multi-agency professionals.
Prepare high-quality reports and present evidence in court proceedings where required.
Contribute to child protection conferences, looked-after reviews and core group meetings.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, agencies and families to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.What's needed?
Skilled at building strong respectful relationships with children, families and partner agencies.
Confident in completing assessments, managing risk and making evidence-based decisions.
