As a Children's Social Worker, you will be responsible for a diverse range of duties aimed at ensuring the safety and well-being of children within the community. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing appropriate care plans for children and families.
- Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other agencies to provide support and intervention.
