Full Job Description
Therapeutic solo placements for young people across Cumbria, with days, waking nights and sleep-ins.
The role:
- Supporting young people with complex trauma, EBD or learning disabilities, usually 2:1
- Flexible shifts around your availability, including waking nights, with daytime accommodation often provided
Significant experience in children's residential care, including trauma or crisis behaviours
- Up-to-date mandatory training, a Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is a plus
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS with children's barred list check, or willing to apply
