Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day to day life. This involves being there for the highest highs and lowest lows. You will care for our young people daily, ensuring smooth routines and creating lasting memories. Tasks include getting them ready for school, helping with homework, completing paperwork, and planning activities. Evenings and weekends are for fun—playing Xbox, football, watching films, or go-karting—making work enjoyable. The focus is on understanding each young person's needs, personality, and potential to guide them toward a positive future.
What we do for you
- Salary: Base salary of £29,034 - £35,400
- Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep ins per month paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £3,840 per year) and £1,400 Attendance Allowance for good attendance
