Every child deserves a safe, nurturing home. At Empower Residentials, we create positive childhood experiences and support young people to build brighter futures. No two days are the same - from exploring the outdoors to celebrating milestones, every moment helps a child feel valued and supported.

We provide stable, caring homes where young people can grow in confidence, build relationships and create lasting memories. We're looking for calm, patient and resilient individuals who want to make a genuine difference. This is more than a care role - it's an opportunity to guide children as they discover their strengths and overcome challenges.

As part of a growing organisation with ambitious plans for the future, we are committed to excellence and you'll have real opportunities for professional development as well as personal growth. If you're passionate about helping children flourish and want to be part of something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.

  • A child-centred approach
  • The ability to stay positive, even on days that may be challenging
  • A commitment to safeguarding children.
  • Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards this

  • Allocated funding for team building activities, social events and celebrations throughout the year

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
