    Eleven 11 Recruitment is working on behalf of our client to recruit a Children's Residential Support Worker for a specialist residential service in Mundesley. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in supporting young people within a residential care setting, helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where they can grow, build independence, and achieve positive outcomes.
  • You will be part of a dedicated team delivering high-quality, person-centred care to young people who may have experienced trauma and require additional emotional and behavioural support. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day care and support to young people in a residential setting Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a consistent role model Support young people in developing life skills, independence, and confidence Encourage participation in new experiences and activities Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionals to deliver care plans Manage and respond appropriately to challenging behaviours About You

    Full-time: 38 hours per week Includes a combination of shifts, sleep-ins, and waking nights Sleep-ins paid at £64.95 per night (typically 5 per month) Basic salary range: £25,174 - £25,585 (excluding sleep-ins) Benefits
