Full Job Description
Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you will:
- Provide high-quality day-to-day care and support to children and young people.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people and their families.
- Support children to access education, health appointments, hobbies, and community activities.
- Contribute to care planning and ensure care plans are followed.
- Promote young people's physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ensure all statutory regulations, policies, and safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Promote equality, diversity, anti-discriminatory and anti-racist practice.
