Children's Residential Home - Care Support Worker

Earn up to £15.50 per hour (£14.50 unqualified) in our first children's home, and help shape an expanding notforprofit service supporting children with complex emotional, behavioural, and learning needs. Our newly furnished home near Wimborne will support two children, with a second home for three children opening shortly after. We are looking for Support Workers who are caring, dependable, and passionate about making a real difference., As part of a team wholeheartedly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, you'll provide consistent, compassionate support to childrenhelping them feel safe, valued, and empowered. You will build trusting, positive relationships with children and young people, support daily routines, help children learn life skills and build their independence, work as part of a team to ensure children feel safe, secure, and cared for, support with care plans, routines, and risk assessments (with training), handle challenging behaviour calmly and with empathy, using a therapeutic approach, and take part in fun, active days every day is different!
