Full Job Description
- Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to children and young people
- Build consistent, positive relationships that help young people feel safe and valued
- Support with education, routines, and daily living skills
- Work closely with professionals and external agencies
- Contribute to a structured, therapeutic home environment INDVIP
- 6-12 months experience within Childrens Residential Setting
- Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People within 2 years of working in a children's residential setting
